The helpexpat.com website is made by expatriates, for expatriates. We are doing our best in providing service to students and young professionals who would like to live in France.
We will help you with the documentation process, the final call for the grant of the Visa depends embassy/consulate of the country, which, if denied, cannot be challenged by us.

As a start-up, we are currently based out of Nantes and provide services throughout France, except for the housing, which is available in Nantes, at the moment

CHARGES AND REFUNDS
We offer you an 1-hr free consultation to understand your needs and give you clearer picture of our services. Hereafter, all the calls are charged at 10€/hr or the service package you select.
Unfortunately, we don’t have a credit system. Therefore, you need to pay the charges before availing any service.
Depending upon the requirements like Housing Insurance, Electricity, etc, we will refund the rest/full amount paid.
